Exhibition Sponsorship are in the three categories:

1. Bronze (Sponsor, Regular at $5,000.00)

2. Silver (Sponsor, Maximum one (1) stand at $10,000.00 entitled to three (3) free participants and free exhibition of products)

3. Gold (Sponsor, maximum two (2) stands at $15,000.00 entitled to six free participants and free exhibition of products)

4. Sponsors are exempted from participation fee. All Sponsorships shall be duly acknowledged on Brochure and other event memorabilia. Details of other sponsorship benefits per category are available with the NVCCI Secretariat

Prospective exhibitors/delegates and participants are to be made aware that the deadline for submission of applications enclosing copy of data-page of applicants passport and requisite fees for attending the April Expo which takes place in Hanoi the first annually is the 30th March of each year and 24th November closing date for the second Expo which is in December Expo taking place respectively in Ho Chi Minh City

1st Business & Investment Forum (BIF) in Vietnam 20th-25th October 2008
The NVCCI held its 1st Business and Investment Forum in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam between 20th and 25th October 2008.It was spear headed by NVCCI in collaboration between Nigerian Investment Promotion Council (NIPC) and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce & Industry (VCCI), and facilitated by the Vietnam Embassy in Nigeria working with the Nigerian Embassy in Vietnam. 34 companies and businesses from Nigeria and 115 from Vietnam Participated. Many alliances and Partnerships were witnessed.

Follow-up Visit, 17th-21st February 2009
As a result of interest generated by participants at the October BIF, a follow-up visit is being planned to take place between 17th - 21st February 2009 both in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City as well.

This is in collaboration with the VCCI. The follow-up visit will ensure that contacts made by participants at the October BIF is crystallized by arranging direct meetings between the two sides, where necessary facilitating visits to the factories and establishments of such contacts and possibly signing of MOU.

The visit will also cater for a few fresh participants who would attend specially designated “networking sessions” both in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
